It’s been more than 30 years since Mimi, originally from Auvergne, settled in sunny Saint-Barth with her little family, and over 20 years since she joined the happy team of Ilets.
When she’s not pacing the property to make sure everything is spick and span, or checking the villas to ensure all guests have everything they need, or composing tropical bouquets of bougainvillea and hibiscus flowers, you can be sure to find Mimi in her kitchen! She’ll be cooking up delicious dishes from here and from around the world.. she loves the tasting as much as the cooking! And as much as she loves swimming in St Jean Bay and Saline, and doing crossword puzzles on the beach, Mimi is also a doting Grandmother with a soft spot for Brussels where her wonderful daughter and 2 treasured grandchildren live.
