Accommodation Options and Rates
Our rates are per villa per night. They include the delivery of fresh bread and pastries every morning to your villa. Tea and coffee supplies are provided in your villa, and complimentary tea and coffee are also available by the pool throughout the morning. Daily housekeeping service (except on Wednesdays, Sundays, and some Public Holidays)

- All rates are subject to an additional 5% government tax, not included in the above rates.
- Rollaway beds are available for children aged 12 and under in all villas except the studio. NB only one extra bed or crib per bedroom.
- Check-in from 4PM-6 PM – Check-out by 11 AM.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Shoulder – Spring – Summer Seasons 01 April – 18 Dec inc.
50% deposit is required upon written confirmation. The remaining balance is due on departure. We generally request a 7-night minimum stay but may accept less on occasion, depending on our availability.
Peak Season 19 Dec – 05 Jan inc.
50% deposit is required upon written confirmation. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. A minimum of 14 nights is required if your stay includes Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, or a minimum of 10 nights if your stay includes either Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve.
High Season 06 Jan – 31 Mar inc.
50% deposit is required upon written confirmation. Remaining balance is due on departure. We generally request a 7-night minimum stay but may accept less on occasion, depending on our availability.
Cancellation Policy
Shoulder – Spring – Summer Seasons: 01 April – 18 Dec inc.
60 – 31 days prior to arrival – the 50% deposit will be forfeited
30 – 00 days prior to arrival – 100% penalty – the full balance will be charged for the total stay
Peak Season: 19 Dec – 05 Jan inc.
90 – 76 days prior to arrival – the 50% deposit will be forfeited
75 – 00 days prior to arrival – 100% penalty – the full balance will be charged for the total stay
High Season: 06 Jan – 31 Mar inc.
90 – 61 days prior to arrival – the 50% deposit will be forfeited
60 – 00 days prior to arrival – 100% penalty – the full balance will be charged for the total stay
- All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to Les Ilets de la Plage and will take effect on the date of receipt.
- Please note: For cancellations outside the cancellation period, a 3% refund processing fee will be retained from the deposit paid.
- Any changes to booking dates during cancellation period will incur a penalty.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full amount of the original booking will be charged
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are obliged to strictly enforce our cancellation policies.
