Overlooking St Jean Bay and set directly on St Jean Beach, these four delightful beachfront villas are fantastically located, with your feet practically in the sand
and the shops just five minutes away. Each villa has a covered terrace opening onto a grassy space which almost immediately becomes the beach.
Sun loungers are provided for the exclusive use of our clients.

There is also a shared community pool – a great spot for meeting your neighbours, exchanging cocktail invitations, or just soaking up the sun and
tranquillity. All villas include a variety of services and facilities as standard.

The upstairs bedroom is air conditioned and includes a king bed (or twins on request), ensuite shower and W.C. On the lower level, the
kitchen is well-equipped with a hot plate, Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator/freezer.

The dining area is just off the kitchen and the living room is at the entrance of the villa, allowing for comfortable seating
and a magnificent view. Each terrace faces the beach and surrounding gardens, with a teak table and sun chairs.

Children are welcome in the villa, and sofa beds can be made up for children up to 12 years of age for a supplementary cost of €70.
