* Rates are per villa per night including morning pastries and daily maid service (except on Sundays and Public Holidays)

* Rates are subject to an additional 5% government tax.

* Roll-away beds are available in certain villas at an additional cost of €50 per night.

* Check in is at 3pm, check out at 11am.

Reservation

Shoulder – Spring – Summer – Low Season:
50% deposit is required upon written confirmation and receipt of a signed Credit Card Authorisation Form. Remaining balance is due on departure. A minimum of 7 nights is required if your stay includes Thanksgiving Day.

Peak Season:
50% deposit is required upon written confirmation and receipt of a signed Credit Card Authorisation Form. Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. A minimum of 10 nights is required if your stay includes either Christmas Eve or New Years Eve.

High Season:
50% deposit is required upon written confirmation and receipt of a signed Credit Card Authorisation Form. Remaining balance is due on departure.

Cancellation

Shoulder – Spring – Summer – Low Season:
30 – 15 days prior to arrival – The 50% deposit will be forfeited.
14 – 00 days prior to arrival – The full balance will be charged for the total stay.

Peak Season – High Season:
60 – 0 Days – The full balance will be charged of the total stay.

High Season:
60 – 30 Days – The 50% deposit will be forfeited.
29 – 00 Days – The full balance will be charged for the total stay.

* Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be notified in writing to Les Ilets de la Plage and will take effect on the day received by the hotel.
* Any changes to arrival or departure date will incur a penalty.
* In case of a no show or an earlier departure date, the original reserved stay will be charged.
* We highly recommend our clients take travel insurance against any unforeseen incidents and cancellations.
