Rates
From 01/11/11 – 18/12/11 : €4000 per week
From 19/12/11 – 04/01/12 : €7800 per week
From 05/01/11 – 09/04/12 : €6930 per week
From 10/04/12 – 31/08/12 : €3500 per week
* Rates are subject to a 11.5% administration fees + 5% government tax on accommodation.
Reservation
A 50% deposit is required on booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before the arrival date.
Minimum villa rental is one week (two weeks over the holiday period) and there is a limit of two persons per bedroom. Additional nights are charged pro-rata.
Cancellation
60 – 30 days prior to arrival – The 50% deposit will be forfeited.
29 – 0 days prior to arrival – The full balance will be charged for the total stay.
